Job description
To work in the office 3 days per week and from home 2 days.
1. To help organise and set up Transfer Panel Meetings as requested and to keep records of future Panels along with other information as required.
1. To attend and take accurate minutes at strategy discussion meetings.
2. To type the minutes within set timescales and disseminate to the participants in line with Children’s Safeguarding Board procedures.
3. Liaise with the Business Support Manager, Performance Management Team, other internal divisions and departments. Confidence to interact in a multi-agency setting (i.e. Police, Schools, Health Professionals etc).
4. Maintenance of electronic records and systems ensuring t0068at accurate and appropriate information is available to Managers when required.
5. Responsible for the accurate input of data onto Liquid Logic including scanning via the document management tool . Assist in the extraction and reporting of information from both computerised and manual systems.
