Crynodeb
To have a sound knowledge of safeguarding children legislation and guidance. To participate in child protection meetings such as case conferences, strategy and professionals meeting as appropriate. Working with a variety of partner agencies in health as well as the key statutory agencies in the safeguarding process. Monitoring and participation in the audit of safeguarding cases presenting to the trust Establish close working relationships with other professionals and have the ability to identify the need for professional challenge and escalation as necessary. Provide flexibility within the safeguarding childrens team as service demands require. Deliver safeguarding training across BTHFT at all levels.
