Key Responsibilities and Duties Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism Answer telephone calls, manage enquiries, and direct patient calls appropriately Book, amend, and cancel appointments using our clinical system (SystmOne) Signpost patients to the appropriate service for their need(s) Process repeat prescription requests and liaise with clinicians Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold data protection standards Support clinicians and practice staff with administrative duties Open and prepare the premises punctually Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and documentation Assist with patient registration and updating records Coordinate across the three sites as needed (travel is required) Essential Skills and Qualities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage busy workloads Proficient in IT systems (training provided on clinical software) A team player with flexible and proactive attitude Commitment to patient confidentiality and professionalism Additional Information Due to our rural location and multi-site setup, access to own transport is essential Travel between sites is required To keep the practice running efficiently, it may be necessary to take on new tasks or step back from existing tasks Previous experience in a medical or customer service role is desirable but not essential - training will be provided Why join us?
