Make a Real Difference—One Person at a Time
We're looking for exceptional Part-Time Support Workers to join our team in Gosport, supporting a gentleman in his 50s who lives independently in his own home. He enjoys outings in his mobility car and watching Mr Bean—and you'll play a key role in helping him live life on his terms.
This is a rewarding, person-centred role that includes some lone working and supporting someone who may exhibit behaviours of distress. Your calm, caring approach will help create a safe and positive environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Encouraging and supporting his favourite activities and routines
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Assisting with shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry
- Supporting with medication and health needs
- Driving him to appointments and outings in his mobility vehicle
Shift Patterns Include
- Early shifts (7am-10am)
- Mid shifts
- Sleep-ins
- Alternate weekends
What You'll Need
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Willingness to drive a Mobility Vehicle (Automatic)
- Compassion, reliability, and a person-centred mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
