We seek to appoint an Executive Support Officer to join our established Central Services Team at Heartwood Learning Trust.
Heartwood Learning Trust has fourteen academies located within York, Hull and North Yorkshire. Our Trust comprises six secondary, six primary and two alternative provision academies, and our values of Respect, Teamwork and Kindness underpin our vision ‘life in all it’s fullness - a place to thrive'.
This role will work in the busy environment of the Central Team Office. The Post holder will provide executive administration assistance to the Executive Leadership Team of the Trust, excellent communication and organisational skills are essential in this varied post.
The post holder will monitor and develop existing processes and procedures, assist in the coordination of Trust compliance, governance, communication and executive meetings, and support with Data Protection ensuring that all procedures are up to data and the policy is effectively being carried out across the Trust. Experience within an Education setting would be an advantage.
This role is based at our Trust offices in York. An ability and willingness to travel to locations across the Trust is vital.
