What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting pupils in small groups and 1:1 across multiple year groups
• Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Helping with literacy, numeracy, and wider curriculum activities
• Encouraging pupil confidence, independence, and progress
• Supporting children with additional needs alongside SEN staff
• Playing an active role in the wider school community
