We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team and support our Cross-Curricular Teacher in providing a nurturing, hands-on, and enriching learning environment for our students.
About the Role
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will:
· Assist in delivering lessons across a range of subjects and vocational areas
· Support students with varying learning, social, and emotional needs
· Encourage active participation and engagement in lessons
· Support students with reading and literacy, including phonics interventions.
· Assist with the preparation of learning resources and displays
· Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
· Support students 1:1 or in small groups, both in and out of the classroom
· Contribute to record-keeping, observations, and feedback to teachers
