The Role:
Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is looking for an Administration Officer to join our Student Admin team, providing vital support across a wide range of student and business processes. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate records, compliance, and excellent customer service to support both our students and the College’s funding requirements.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Accurately inputting, maintaining, and validating student data relating to applications, enrolments, funding, attendance, and completions.
Processing tuition fees, financial payments, and Student Support Fund applications in line with policies and regulations.
Monitoring and reporting on student attendance, retention, and withdrawals to provide accurate management information.
Maintaining student records to ensure compliance with GDPR, College procedures, and external audit requirements.
Supporting enrolment, examinations, open days, and other key College events.
Delivering excellent customer service by handling enquiries from students, staff, and external stakeholders.
