Residential Conveyancer - Oxford/Hybrid
GWR Legal Recruitment are assisting a legal 500 listed Solicitors practice with the recruitment of an experienced residential property lawyer into their Oxford office
The successful candidate for this position will be experienced in dealing with a range of conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgage matters.
The firm will pay a top end of market rate salary which will be part of a comprehensive benefits scheme including bonus schemes, private healthcare and a host of wellness related benefits.
Hybrid working and flexibility is very much part of the culture of this firm. They are able offer flexibility in terms of start and finish times, to try and make things as easy as possible for people to manage work alongside other commitments. On the hybrid working side of things they are able to offer 2 days remote working and 3 days in the office for those looking for a split between home and office working.
