A well-established and modern veterinary practice in Derby is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Veterinary Surgeon to join their team, where pragmatism meets exceptional client care to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes. Confidence in communication, collaboration, and leadership is essential, as you help mentor colleagues and set the standard for patient care.

Your role will involve delivering high quality clinical work across a wide range of cases, contributing to rotas as required, and actively promoting preventive pet health initiatives. You’ll also be encouraged to participate in CPD, share knowledge with your team, and help implement processes that enhance clinical efficiency and effectiveness.

This practice is committed to supporting their team, offering flexible working options to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering exceptional service. This is a unique opportunity to combine professional fulfilment with the chance to make a tangible difference in the lives of pets and their families.
