Domestic Supervisor – Join Our Caring Team at Roche Health Care
Location: Tudor House, Selby
Salary: £12.34phr
Hours: 8-2pm/9-3pm (5-6hr shifts) with alternate weekends– degree of flexibility required for the needs of the home to do Supervisions/rota’s and deep cleans in the evening

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and deliver high-standard cleaning services
Lead and support domestic staff, providing cover when needed
Ensure compliance with Infection Prevention and Control and COSHH regulations
Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards
Communicate effectively across all levels
Organise and manage tasks independently and under pressure
