About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Project Manager to support the delivery of our small to mid-sized residential and commercial construction projects. The role requires knowledge in civil engineering and project management, as well as leadership and commercial skills.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will assist in coordinating site activities, budgets, timelines, and subcontractors. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning and managing construction projects from pre-construction through to completion
* Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
* Track budgets, timelines, and materials
* Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and reports
* Oversee health & safety compliance and risk management
* Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines
* Support estimating and quoting
* Liaise with clients, team members, and local authorities
* Lead project meetings and produce status reports
Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (essential)
* MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Construction, or Business (preferred)
* Understanding of UK construction standards and regulations (training provided where needed)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Comfortable using MS Project, Excel, or other project tracking tools
* Willingness to work on active construction sites and travel locally as needed
