Experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative – Full-Time (Field-based)
Location: Based anywhere in Yorkshire (travel required across the UK)
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Holiday: 20 days paid holiday + 8 bank holidays

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Operative to join our estates team at The Papas Group in a field-based role. The brands we operate include Papa’s Fish & Chips, Wendy's and Wetherspoons. This is a hands-on, mobile role covering sites across the country, reporting directly to the Head of Estates.

Key Responsibilities
• Carry out general maintenance, repairs, and reactive works across multiple hospitality venues
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and decorating tasks
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health & safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

Requirements
• Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Willingness to travel nationally as required
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Good communication and time management
• Flexibility and a proactive attitude
