Job Title - Part Time Cook/Catering Assistant
Area - Irvine
Hours of Work - The successful applicant will be expected to work weekdays and some weekends. Current available hours 16 per week. In addition, you will be expected to do part shifts and additional hours to cover busy periods and annual leave.
Candidates should be able to work 8.30am - 4.00pm Mon - Sat and 9.30am - 4.00pm on a Sunday (set days on a fortnightly cycle).
Wage - Meets minimum wage. Negotiable depending on experience.
Experience –
Experience as a Cook/Catering Assistant in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
Hygiene certificates preferred but not essential.
Customer Service experience preferred but not essential.
Driving Licence preferred but not essential.

have experience in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to a high standard.

be willing to learn new food preparation, cooking skills and procedures.
be able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment whilst maintaining high standards.
have a warm, outgoing personality.
be able to demonstrate that excellent customer service and satisfaction is paramount.
be clean and presentable with excellent standards of personal hygiene.
be willing to serve customers, operate a till and handle cash.
be willing to carry out cleaning tasks regularly.
