Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner/Attendant to join our team in this vital role. The Cleaner/Attendant will play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities, contributing directly to creating a safe and pleasant environment for both our clients and staff. As a Cleaner/Attendant, you will be assigned various cleaning tasks that include, but are not limited to, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing different areas of the building. You will also be responsible for monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies as needed, ensuring that all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities
Perform regular cleaning of designated areas including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and windowsills.
Sanitize high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and handrails regularly.
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and report shortages to management.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly, adhering to recycling protocols.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a sanitary environment.
Requirements
Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
Effective time management skills to complete tasks within designated time frames.
Good physical health and endurance to perform cleaning duties.
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies is an advantage.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £15.83
