Production Operative
Location: Bilsthorpe
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:00 (flexible finish times available up to 19:00)
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour | £15.27 per hour after 40 hours
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy food production site in Bilsthorpe. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, ideal for individuals who are reliable, hard-working, and looking to develop their experience in the production sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operating and monitoring machinery (basic machine operation)
• Grading carrots and other vegetables on a conveyor line
• Packing carrots and parsnips
• Washing produce as required
• Performing general warehouse and production tasks as needed
No formal qualifications are required, although previous experience in food production or a packing environment would be advantageous.
On-Site Facilities Include:
• Staff canteen and vending machines
• Breakout room
• Personal lockers
• Washrooms
• Designated smoking area
• Free on-site parking
• 28 days annual leave
