In this role, you will:
- Provide tailored 1:1 support to a student with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Assist across classrooms in EYFS, Reception, Year 1, and Year 2, ensuring all students are fully supported and engaged in their learning.
- Collaborate closely with the class teachers and SENCO to implement effective learning strategies.
- Help foster an inclusive and nurturing learning environment, promoting independence and engagement for all students.
- Provide regular feedback and updates on the student's progress to teachers and parents.
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Possesses previous experience working with children, ideally in an SEN setting within an infant school environment.
- Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Possesses strong communication and teamwork skills.
