Your new firm
Our leading regional law firm client is looking to hire a Property Litigation Solicitor to support growth in their highly regarded Property Litigation team, based in either their Bristol or Taunton office. The team is one of the largest in the UK and is consistently highly ranked in the directories.
Your new role
You will be acting for a range of property owners, occupiers, funders, and household name clients, handling a variety of Property Litigation matters including:
- Telecoms matters with a particular focus on advising landowners on disputes involving the Electronic Communications Code
- Landlord and tenant work both residential and commercial, including lease renewals, dilapidations, service charge disputes, and rent reviews
- Building and development disputes relating to land acquisitions, strategic options, possession actions, purchaser claims, and trespass and squatter actions
You will be encouraged to develop your expertise across a wide range of property litigation work, with guidance and support from highly regarded lawyers. You will also be involved in business development activities and expected to build strong local professional connections.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Property Litigator with at least 18 months' experience of working for a leading national or regional firm and ideally have experience or a keen interest in disputes relating to the Electronic Communications Code.
You will be a genuine team player with a client-focused approach and a keenness to become involved in business development activities.
