Teaching Assistant with Midday Assistant duties required as soon as possible.
Hours: 32.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8.30am 3.30pm), term time only
The children, staff and Governing Body at Prospect Vale Primary School are looking for a fun-loving, dedicated and experienced teaching assistant to support them on their creative learning journey. Collectively, we are seeking an inspirational individual with a passion for education and achievement. We are proud of our commitment to the overall wellbeing of our children and would like to recruit a team member who can enhance the experience further.
The successful candidate will be:
*An exemplary teaching assistant with a recent proven record of supporting and tracking progress.
*Experienced in supporting pupils who have complex needs, including communication, cognition and learning difficulties.
*Aware of interventions to support children in acquiring new knowledge and skills. Evidence of effectiveness would be desirable.
*Have the ability to manage behavioural challenges and promote positivity.
*Have the ability to work collaboratively and flexibly with colleagues, adding a fresh dimension to a talented team.
