Location: Mansfield
Salary: £16.50 per hour
Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM on a rota basis

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader for a lovely care home set in its own gardens in Mansfield. The care home provides quality care for residents with Residential, Nursing, and Dementia Care needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of carers to deliver high-quality care.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of all residents.
- Maintain and promote a positive and supportive environment for staff and residents.
- Coordinate care plans and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Must have an NVQ Level 3 in Care.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior Carer.
- Ability to commute to Mansfield.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
