Engagement & Administration Officer Full time (37 hours each week, all year round) Permanent £29,052 a year + benefits Dearne Valley College, RotherhamAbout the Role In line with RNN Group’s vision to lead ‘innovation and skills in our communities’, the Engagement Admin Officer, represents an exciting new role to drive engagement with local stakeholders, identify and enable response to local needs and support the organisation in its ongoing growth and achievement of recruitment and engagement targets.
You will be committed to providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers and will represent the Group and its sub-contractors to ensure funding is maximised and that provision being delivered is in line with the local demand.
The post-holder will be responsible for a key number of duties which will include liaising with job centre staff predominantly across the South Yorkshire region and possibly North Nottinghamshire to recruit learners and engage employers to promote Sector-Based Work Academy Programmes (SWAP’s) and other provision. Additionally, the successful candidate will support with administration for the CSCS test centre and conduct invigilating when required. You will respond to inquiries from students, employers and stakeholders for both the CSCS test centre and warehouse hub.
You will… You will have previous experience working in an administrative position engaging with external stakeholders. You will also have experience working in an engagement role either with employers or learners.
You will hold a Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths (or be willing to undertake).
Department Info The role will report to the Contracts Manager and work as part of the Contracts Team but it is essential that the post-holder works closely with the Group’s Adult & Community Learning Manager.
