Healthcare Assistant – Residential Care Home

Location: St Austell
Pay: £12.50 – £15.50 per hour
Hours: Variable shifts, Day and Night, including weekdays and weekends
Shift Times:

· Morning: 8:00am – 2:00pm

· Afternoon: 1:45pm – 8:00pm

· Full Day – 8.00am – 8.00pm

We are currently recruiting Care Workers to join our dedicated team in a friendly and supportive Residential Care Home based in St Austell. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a real difference in people’s lives, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assisting residents with personal care, daily routines, and mobility

· Supporting emotional wellbeing and encouraging independence

· Helping with meals and maintaining a clean, safe environment

· Recording care accurately and working in line with care plans

· Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

· Kind, patient, and reliable individuals

· Previous care experience is essential

· Strong communication and teamwork skills
