We are currently looking to recruit qualified Health Visitors into vacant posts in Bury. The successful candidates will have strong team working skills and a commitment to delivering high quality, child centered care, to join our developing, enthusiastic and dynamic Health Visiting teams in Bury.

You will need to be a registered nurse and Health Visitor
The Health Visitor will be responsible and accountable for the operational and strategic management of a caseload and the delivery of high quality programmes of care to infant’s children and their families using a multidisciplinary approach.
The Health Visitor will participate in the identification and safeguarding of vulnerable children and their families in partnership with other agencies.
The Health Visitor will participate in the continued development of community service.
The Health Visitor will manage the development,
implementation and compliance of policies, procedures, audit and benchmarks, including appraisal, personal development plans and clinical supervision
