Job Title: Customer Service Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Assistant to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping with enquiries, solving problems, and providing excellent service across phone, email, or in person.
Main Duties:
Answering customer calls, emails, or face-to-face enquiries.
Handling orders, returns, and complaints professionally.
Providing accurate information about products or services.
Logging enquiries and updating customer records.
Working closely with other departments to resolve issues.
Following company procedures and service standards.
Requirements:
Good communication and people skills.
Friendly, patient, and helpful attitude.
Able to stay calm under pressure.
Basic computer skills (email, data entry, etc.).
Previous customer service experience is helpful but not essential — full training will be provided.
