As a Services Manager, your responsibilities will include…
• Supporting the CEO and managers to ensure projects meet strategic goals and funding
• Managing and growing a team and work closely with external partners
• Producing monitoring and performance information
• Acting as designated lead for safeguarding children and adults at risk
• Supporting with budget planning, monitoring expenditure and resource allocation
• Working as a member of the team to ensure effective delivery of service
We are looking for a Services Manager with the following skills and experience…
• Experience in managing support services, ideally within the domestic abuse or charity sector
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of adults and children
• Excellent communication and partnership-building abilities
• Flexible, adaptable and great with change management
• Commitment to the charity's mission and values
In return, the successful Services Manager will receive a salary of £35,000 to £40,000, plus the following benefits…
