Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with monthly accounts.
Main Duties:
Recording daily financial transactions using accounting software Xero.
Processing sales and purchase invoices.
Reconciling bank statements and company accounts.
Managing accounts payable and receivable.
Producing financial reports for management.
Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and deadlines.
Liaising with accountants and external auditors as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar finance role.
Good understanding of accounting principles.
Proficient in bookkeeping/accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organisational and time management skills.
