Job Purpose:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team in the implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns, and events. The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, and eager to learn with a passion for marketing and communications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, print).
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Manage and update the company’s website and social media platforms.
• Support in the creation of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
• Help organize and attend marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
• Maintain marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and partners as needed.
• Perform administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.

Key Skills and Competencies:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or similar is a plus.
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
