Connect Appointments are recruiting a Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our Blackford-based client.

What's on offer?

  • An ongoing temporary position
  • Monday to Friday - 30 hours per week
  • Paid weekly at £12.60 per hour

Working as a Receptionist/Admin Assistant, your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Initial point of contact for customer, clients and suppliers
  • Greet all visitors and dealing with enquires
  • Provide administration support
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Other general administrative duties

To be successful in this Receptionist/Admin Assistant role, you will ideally have previous experience within a similar position. Combined with the following skills and traits:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Good numeric skills
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft packages

Please Note: Due to the location of our clients site access to your own transport would be highly advantageous.
