We are currently looking for a Branch Supervisor to join Sovini Trade Supplies, part of The Sovini Group.

This position is a permanent opportunity.
As a Branch Supervisor, you will be expected to:
Lead the co-ordination of branch and stores operations.
Plan and prioritize work assignments, ensuring optimal workflow and productivity.
Train and develop team members on proper in-branch procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfilment.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient warehouse practices to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Managing and ensuring the high standard of housekeeping throughout the store, warehouse and yard area.
Commit to equality and diversity and to promote non-discriminatory practices in all aspects of work undertaken.
Adhere with the Health and Safety at Work Act to take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts and omissions.
To be successful in a Branch Supervisor role, the skills you will need:
Experience of working on a builder’s merchant trade counter.
Experience of dealing directly with key account customers face-to-face, via telephone and email.
Experience of working within a building supplies Industry.
Experience of managing and co-ordinating dedicated sales accounts.
Experience in meeting and exceeding set KPI’s and targets.
Ability to prioritise and manage workload to meet strict deadlines.
Self-motivated with enthusiasm, commitment and drive and ability to work under pressure and still produce a high standard of work.
Ability to work as a member of a fast-paced team be flexible, multi-skilled and willing to go the extra-mile.
Excellent communication skills, able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, Face to Face and Email.
