A well-regarded West London provision is seeking flexible SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with autism and moderate learning needs. Whether you're available weekly or on an ad hoc basis, your expertise could make all the difference.

What you'll bring:
- Experience supporting children with ASC and/or moderate learning difficulties
- Confident use of visual timetables, sensory tools, and communication aids
- A warm, consistent approach and strong teamwork

Bonus skills:
- Team Teach or equivalent behaviour support training
- Familiarity with PECS, Makaton, or AAC
- Understanding of safeguarding in specialist settings

Essentials:
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
