- Day 1-30: Build confidence by stepping into classrooms, following school policies, and managing lessons with pre-prepared content.
- By 60 days: Become recognised for your reliability, requested back by schools impressed with your adaptability and consistency.
- By 90 days: Be established as a trusted Cover Supervisor in Fareham, confidently managing different year groups and subjects.
- Competitive daily pay rates, paid weekly through PAYE.
- Free CPD and training in behaviour management, safeguarding, and SEN strategies.
