Key responsibilities:
- Implement individualised behaviour support plans in collaboration with teachers and other support staff
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and families
- Facilitate small group and one-on-one interventions to support student learning and behaviour
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress and interventions
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
