Skills
• Knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and regulations
• Experience with shrink wrap application and removal
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Physical strength and stamina for manual labor
• Use of hand and power tools
• Attention to detail and precision
• Good communication skills for teamwork
• Ability to work at heights safely
• Knowledge of construction site safety procedures
• Problem-solving skills for on-site adjustments
