What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes with consistency and flair.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards are met.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings.

Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a breakfast or line chef, ideally in a luxury or boutique hotel.
- A calm, organised approach and the ability to work independently.
- A creative eye for presentation and a strong understanding of dietary needs.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
