Neway is currently looking for a Family Support Worker to join our client based with Birmingham Children's Trust.
This role is starting asap, working Monday to Friday, 36.5 hours a week in an ongoing contract.

Key Responsibilities
Provide practical and emotional support to children, young people, and families
Assist in the delivery of early help and safeguarding interventions
Work collaboratively with social workers, schools, and partner agencies
Support families in accessing services, improving routines, and building resilience
Maintain accurate records and contribute to assessments and care plans
Promote positive outcomes through direct work and community engagement
What We’re Looking For
Experience working with children and families in a support or care setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting wellbeing
Willingness to undergo DBS and provide references
