Set within this serene and captivating backdrop, our residential home is dedicated to providing support for adults with learning disabilities and complex sensory and behavioural needs. Our mission is to support these individuals, guiding them on a journey towards independent living.
Your Impact:
As a Support Worker, you'll have the privilege of transforming lives by:
Empowering individuals to lead more independent lives
Cultivating happiness, fulfilment, and social inclusivity
Facilitating daily activities and fostering self-sufficiency
Championing healthy choices and well-being
Providing compassionate support for medication administration and personal care when needed
Who We're Looking For:
Are you someone who embraces challenges, possesses unwavering motivation, and radiates a caring spirit? We want you to join our dynamic team. While a valid driving licence is preferred, it's not mandatory. What matters most is your dedication to making a positive impact.
