ARC is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Facilities Management company that provides professional cleaning services to residential and commercial properties across the Cambridge area. With continued growth, they are looking to appoint a committed and detail-focused Cleaner to join their team.

The Role
This is a full-time, site-based cleaning position covering communal areas, offices, and shared facilities. You’ll play an important role in maintaining clean, hygienic, and safe environments for residents, staff, and visitors. This role suits someone who takes pride in their work and is comfortable working independently across multiple premises. The tole will also include a some gardening work, but basic gardening such as taking care of garden podiums, weeds etc.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Cleaning of communal areas including hallways, stairwells, and lobbies

  
  

• Office and facility cleaning including:

  
  

• Dusting

  
  

• Mopping

  
  

• Vacuuming

  
  

• Surface sanitising

  
  

  Key Details

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm

    
    

    What We’re Looking For

    • Previous experience in a cleaning role, ideally across multiple sites or buildings

      
      

    • A reliable and professional attitude, with attention to detail and time management skills

      
      

    • Ability to work independently and maintain consistent standards

      
      • Experience in gardening work would be beneficial but not essential
