As an Organisational Development & Diversity Assistant, you’ll provide professional administrative support within education. From handling employee lifecycle processes to supporting equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) initiatives, you’ll help ensure smooth operations and make a real difference across the organisation.
In this role, you will be:
•Administering inductions, probation and performance review processes
•Supporting staff development requests and maintaining CPD records
•Collecting and presenting equality and diversity data
•Arranging meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and keeping accurate records
•Handling enquiries and providing advice across the organisation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
•Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
•Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
•Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
•A flexible, proactive approach with the ability to work well in a team
•High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
This is a temporary part-time role within education, based in Wrexham, working 26 hours per week. The position is offered at £13.50 per hour, with an immediate start and running until 28th November 2025 initially.
