About the Role: We’re recruiting a Finance Systems Administrator to join the London Borough of Islington’s Resources team. This is a systems accounting role, ideal for someone with a solid foundation in finance and a keen interest in IT or ETL development. You’ll be supporting the finance systems team with day-to-day administration, reconciliations, and helpdesk issue resolution.
You’ll work primarily with e5 Financials (finance ledgers) and Civica WebPay2 (income management), with potential involvement in the implementation of a new finance system—OneCouncil by TechnologyOne.
Key Requirements:
AAT part-qualified or equivalent (essential)
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience with general troubleshooting (desirable)
Ability to meet deadlines
