Role Description
This is an on-site role in Kidlington, Oxford for an Archive Scanning Technician with hours upto 30hrs flexi-time Monday to Friday (hours and days to suit). The Technician will be responsible for operating scanning equipment, full training will be given, to digitise various forms of media, ensuring the quality and accuracy of scanned images, organising and preparing physical media for scanning, maintaining scanning equipment, and managing digital files. Attention to detail and precision are critical in this role to ensure the highest quality of digital reproduction.
Qualifications
Experience not necessary but attention to detail and accuracy in managing digital files is essential
Organisational skills and ability to handle various types of media
Technical skills in maintaining and troubleshooting
Ability to follow detailed instructions and ensure adherence to quality standards
Good communication skills and teamwork abilities
