We are a new and growing security training and operations centre, dedicated to delivering high-quality training, compliance, and security services. As we expand, we’re looking for an organised and proactive Security Centre Managerto help oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and support our continued growth.
Role Overview
Starting on a part-time basis, you will manage the day-to-day running of our security centre, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with industry regulations, and excellent customer service. As our business grows, this role has the potential to develop into a full-time position with greater responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the security centre.
Coordinate training schedules, courses, and instructors.
Ensure compliance with SIA, awarding body, and health & safety requirements.
Manage bookings, learner records, and operational paperwork.
Liaise with clients, learners, and partners to maintain strong relationships.
Support marketing and promotional activities for the centre.
Manage stock, equipment, and facility upkeep.
Essential Requirements
Previous experience in security management, training administration, or a related role.
Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively.
Knowledge of SIA licensing requirements and compliance processes.
Competence with basic IT systems (email, spreadsheets, booking platforms).
Desirable
SIA licence holder (Door Supervision, Security Guarding, or Close Protection).
Experience in managing training centres or education facilities.
Marketing or business development experience.
