Key roles and responsibilities for food production supervisor:
- Managing and supervising production staff
- Keeping production on track to meet deadlines
- To be able to identify and interpret plant faults and communicate to maintenance team
- Maintain high standards of quality control, health and safety compliance
- Providing guidance and instruction to current and new staff
- Plan and implement schedules
- To select correct recipe and settings to achieve the days plan
- Collaborate with other departments to drive continuous improvement
Minimum requirements for food production supervisor:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the food industry
- Strong understanding of quality standards and health and safety protocols
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work under the pressure
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
Working hours:
Monday - Friday + occasional Saturdays
08:00 - 17:00
Pay rate: depends on experience
