• Foster a calm, safe and orderly learning environment, helping children develop self-regulation and responsibility for their own behaviour.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, contributing to a proactive and team-focused atmosphere
• Bring an aspirational, reflective, and empathetic approach to your teaching practice.
• Embrace inclusive practices, supporting children from diverse backgrounds, including those for whom English is an additional language.
