We wish to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking teaching assistant to join our friendly,
inclusive school, to support a child with a diagnosis of ASD and associated speech, language and communication needs and attention and listening difficulties.
The successful candidates will have a clear commitment to promoting the well-being of all the children in our care and to raising standards.
We are looking for a teaching assistant who:
• Will promote our friendly Catholic ethos, and will work as part of a committed team.
• Will be an excellent practitioner with high expectations for children in their learning and behaviour.
• Provide tailored support to pupils in both classroom and individual settings.
• Work closely with teachers, therapists and other professionals to support pupil progress.
• Contribute towards creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Support pupils with personal care and physical needs where required.
• Have the ability to form positive, professional and effective relationships with colleagues across school, other professionals and parents/carers.
• Will have a commitment to innovation, creativity and inclusion.
