Job Overview
- Provide 1:1 support to a child in an Early Years setting.
- Significant impact on a child's development.
- Full-time, temporary (until at least December 2025, with potential extension).
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and supportive learning experiences.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress.
Qualifications
- Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification.
- Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) - Essential.
- Patience, empathy, strong communication skills.
