The Castle School in Taunton is looking to recruit a Careers Lead to join our successful, busy school, to work with young people to provide careers education opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity where you will be working alongside our experienced Careers Advisor and leading the strategic planning and organisation of the careers programme.
We require someone who is good at planning, has proven knowledge and experience of data analysis and the production of accurate data. Knowledge of Excel is essential. In addition, you should be proactive in responding to tasks, have an excellent eye for detail, good communication and organisational skills, and ideally have experience of working in a busy office or school environment.
