What We're Looking For

- Have experience in recruitment (or a proven track record of growing a business)
- Be a self-starter who thrives on building relationships
- Possess strong business acumen and organisational skills
- Be ready to take charge of your own success
What You'll Be Doing
- Running and growing your own Kenect branch
- Winning and managing a large book of B2B clients
- Delivering exceptional service to both clients & candidates
- Managing your territory's P&L, strategy, and growth plan
Your Earnings
In your first year, you can expect to earn around £50k - with huge potential for growth as your territory expands.
