Our client, a respected M&E Building Services contractor, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to join their commercial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of major commercial projects, ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion.
The Role:

Oversee all commercial and financial elements of M&E building services projects.

Manage contracts, valuations, cost control, and financial reporting.

Work closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure budgets and timelines are achieved.

Provide commercial insight and support across the full project lifecycle.
The Candidate:

Strong background in M&E Building Services or construction is essential.

Experience in high-rise or large commercial projects would be highly desirable.

Excellent contractual, financial, and negotiation skills.

Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
