Salary: £28,000 basic | £31,000 OTE (Team Sales Bonus)

experienced and motivated Store Manager for its store located within Resorts World

Birmingham. With a strong heritage in quality and style, the company is continuing to

About the Role:

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day store operations and

team leadership. Key duties include:

- Leading, motivating, and developing the in-store team

- Driving team performance to achieve and exceed sales targets

- Managing staff rotas and ensuring appropriate cover at all times

- Delivering exceptional customer service standards

- Merchandising and stock control

- Confident use of till systems and card machines

- Maintaining store presentation and compliance

Candidate Requirements:

To be considered, you must have:

- Proven managerial experience within a fashion retail environment

- Strong leadership and organisational skills

- A hands-on, proactive approach to team and sales management

- A passion for menswear and delivering excellent customer experiences
