Job description
The post holder will work within the Income Maximisation Unit within the Revenues Division
The post holder’s primary duties will be to be responsible for all administrative functions pertinent to the Macmillan Funded Welfare Rights Service, including efficient appointment management, case recording and compilation of statistical information.
The post holder would be providing support to the Welfare Rights Officers in delivering an Income Maximisation service to people affected by cancer living or receing treatment in North East Wales.

The primary duties of the post include:
a. Making customer appointments as required
b. Recording Results of Welfare Rights Officers
c. Compilation of Statistical Information
d. administration of incoming referrals and documents
